Project HAVEN (Holistic Autism corner for Vital Education Needs) involves building an Autism Corner at the SPED Center. It includes three open shelves and a lockable door for safety. This space is tailored for autistic students, offering sensory activities, education, and therapy. The project aims to provide comprehensive support for their educational and developmental requirements.
Project HAVEN (Holistic Autism corner for Vital Education Needs) entails the construction an Autism Corner within the SPED Center. The corner will feature three layers of open shelves. Additionally, a door with a lock mechanism will ensure the safety of the students and their belongings. The corner will serve as a dedicated space for students with Autism to engage in sensory activities, educational exercises, and therapeutic interventions. By creating this specialized environment, the project aims to foster a holistic approach to supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with Autism.
Creating a dedicated Autism Corner will provide them with a safe and supportive space where they can engage in activities tailored to their developmental requirements.
