Objectives:

Enhance Learning Environment:

By repainting the classroom, we aim to create a visually inspiring environment that fosters creativity, focus, and motivation among students.

 

Community Engagement:

Engage members of the Parish Youth Ministry, Ministry of Altar Servers, and Parish Scholars in a meaningful project that serves the local community and promotes teamwork and camaraderie.

 

Long-Term Impact:

Establish a sustainable maintenance plan to ensure the up keep of the newly painted classroom and promote a sense of pride and ownership among stakeholders.

 

Project Activities:

1. Preparation Phase:

- Conduct assessment of current classroom conditions and color scheme preferences.

- Procure necessary painting supplies including paint, brushes, drop cloths, and other materials.

- Organize training sessions for volunteers on proper painting techniques and safety protocols.

 

2. Execution Phase:

- Coordinate painting schedules with school administration to minimize disruption to classes.

- Mobilize volunteers from the Parish Youth Ministry, Ministry of Altar Servers, and Parish Scholars to carry out the painting work.

- Supervise painting activities to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.

- Implement any necessary repairs or surface preparations before painting.

 

3. Post-Painting Phase:

- Conduct a final inspection to ensure the classroom meet quality standards.

- Organize a celebration or unveiling event to showcase the newly painted classroom to the school community.

- Establish a maintenance schedule and procedures for ongoing care of the painted surfaces.

- Gather feedback from teachers, students, and volunteers to assess the impact of the project and identify areas for improvement.

1. Painting supplies (paint, brushes, rollers, drop cloths, masking tape, etc.)
